Place your order with AFS Customer Service and within 24 hours on a weekday you'll receive an order confirmation via email with your pick up or delivery date and time.

We'll do our absolute best to accomodate all pick up and delivery requests, but please allow for the 24 hours between your order request and the order confirmation. We'll aim to have your order ready for pick up/delivery as soon as possible.

So while our Victorian branches are temporarily closed to walk in customers, we're still here to help you get the job done. We're just an email or a phone call away!

Our regional Victorian delivery services are still running! They are not affected by the metro lockdown and are running as normal. Your AFS sales rep will be in contact to arrange your next delivery. Or you can find their phone number here.

The number one priority at AFS is the health and safety of our staff and customers, this is why (in line with government directives) we closed our Melbourne branch network to walk-in customers for the duration of lockdown.
