Overview
Capitol Pro Primer is a specialised internal water-based primer compatible with Capitol floor levelling compounds to smooth dense and various non porous substrates and is suitable for internal and external wall and floor applications.
- Fast drying
- Suitable for internal particle board and plywood
- Suitable for compressed fibre cement sheets, concrete, masonry.
- Available in 4 litre
- Not suitable for steel trowelled finish concrete where Capitol floor levellers are being installed.

Storage Conditions
Capitol Pro Primer has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in the original unopened packaging, in a dry place at 23oC and 50% relative humidity. Do not return excess primer back to original packaging as this may cause contamination. Do not use in negative hydrostatic pressure situations. Replace lid
